Please keep in mind when ordering our handcrafted designs that some pieces may vary slightly. All of our creations and lines that we carry are lead and nickel free.

When ordering personalized bracelets, please specify the names and / or letters that you wish to order on your bracelet. Five letters are included with each personalized bracelet. Additional charms and letters may be added.

When purchasing Jewelry with Swarovski Crystals please specify the color of the crystals using the chart in the "Birthstone Color Charts" section. If you have a special request for a color that is not on the chart, please indicate it when placing your order at "Check Out".

Our shipping details are through the United States Postal Service and all shipments are insured.

The following rates will apply for items shipped within the United States:

First Class $4.95 - Expected delivery is approximately 6-10 days.
Priority $10.95 - Expected delivery is approximately 2-5 days.
Express $17.95 -Guaranteed 1- 2 days.
USPS International Shipping is available upon request. You may email me for those details.

( Please note, since most of our pieces are made to order, the expected delivery times are calculated after the shipments have left our store)

Please verify your shipping address when entering your shipping details. No refunds will be given for the merchandise or for the shipping charges for items shipped to a wrong address due to an error at the time of entering your shipping information.

Rush orders are guaranteed to ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order Monday - Friday. excluding legal Holidays.

Once the merchandise is given to the post office, no claims can be filed on the package until 30 days after the date the item(s) was shipped. Refunds and replacement merchandise will not be given on lost orders until the 30 days after the date of shipment when a claim is filed with the United States Postal Service.

We accept

No refunds are allowed, only exchanges.

We do not accept returns of custom orders, used goods, or sale/clearance items.

All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to the sender at their expsense:

*All items may be returned for exchanges only within 7 days of receipt of the package. No exchanges will be honored after the 7 days.
*A copy of the invoice must be included in the package.
*Items must be in the original box and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*All returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
*All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
